Rockford Sansom is a communications coach and author. As a coach, he has worked with Fortune 500 executives, UN delegates, members of the US Congress, speakers in TED Talks, and actors on Broadway. Rocky has published three books in the area of voice and communication, and he was the editor of the Voice and Speech Review. He enjoys empowering his clients to find their authentic selves, supporting their presence, impact, and ability to build relationships.
Theresa is an experienced voice and speech trainer in the U.S. Theresa works with broadcasters, corporate clients and actors. As well as her work with cmt she is currently coaching actors for professional productions in NYC and teaching undergraduate drama students at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. As a performer, Theresa appeared on Broadway in The Heidi Chronicles and I’m Not Rappaport, and in productions Off-Broadway, at Lincoln Center. Theresa holds an MFA from the Yale School of Drama and is a certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice.
Brett is an engaging communications and performance coach. He works with top corporate executives, managers, salespeople, doctors, and lawyers, supporting them to become the communicators that they want to be. He has trained national public speaking champions and award-winning actors and comedians. Along with his work at cmt, Brett teaches communication and spontaneity to honour students at Louisiana State University. A professional actor and nationally touring stand-up comedian, he holds an MFA from the University of California at Davis and is a certified master teacher of Seven Pillars Acting. Brett is inspired to help his clients find the best version of themselves, whether one-on-one or in front of an audience. His approach is practical and inspiring.
