Rockford Sansom is a communications coach and author with extensive international experience. He has coached Fortune 500 executives, UN delegates, members of the US Congress, TED speakers and Broadway actors, helping them to communicate with clarity, confidence and authenticity.
Rockford has published three books on voice and communication and served as editor of the Voice and Speech Review, contributing significantly to thought leadership in his field. His coaching focuses on empowering clients to discover their authentic selves, strengthen their presence, increase their impact and build meaningful relationships.

Theresa is an experienced voice and speech trainer based in the U.S., working with broadcasters, corporate clients and actors. Alongside her work with cmt.training, she currently coaches performers in professional productions in New York City and teaches undergraduate drama students at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
As a performer, Theresa appeared on Broadway in The Heidi Chronicles and I’m Not Rappaport, as well as Off-Broadway and at Lincoln Center. Her background as an actor informs her coaching practice, giving her a deep understanding of the demands of performance and communication at the highest levels.
Theresa holds an MFA from the Yale School of Drama and is a certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework®. She brings expertise, creativity and empathy to her clients, helping them to communicate with clarity, presence and impact.

Brett is an engaging communications and performance coach who works with corporate executives, managers, salespeople, doctors and lawyers, helping them become the communicators they aspire to be. His clients range from national public speaking champions to award-winning actors and comedians, and he is known for bringing energy, clarity and inspiration to his coaching.
Alongside his work at cmt.training, Brett teaches communication and spontaneity to honours students at Louisiana State University. He is a professional actor and nationally touring stand-up comedian, holding an MFA from the University of California, Davis, and is a certified Master Teacher of Seven Pillars Acting.
Brett’s approach is both practical and inspiring, designed to help individuals discover the best version of themselves—whether speaking one-to-one, leading a team, or performing in front of an audience.
