The aim of this programme is to give you a simple set of tools to help you feel more confident while leading and influencing meetings. You will be able to apply these skills if you are the person in charge or part of the group. The workshop will help you read the dynamic of a meeting, both what is said and unsaid. You will increase your awareness of not only the tone of a meeting but also learn how to keep it on track and ensure everybody is involved. This programme is designed to help you boost your credibility while developing the ability to collaborate effectively with everyone.
